An appeals court rules Donald Trump cannot block the January 6 Committee from obtaining his White House records. Neal Katyal tells Lawrence O’Donnell the 68-page ruling “eviscerates” Trump’s claims about executive privilege as “bogus” and explains why he doesn’t think the Supreme Court will hear the case on appeal. A trump biographer compares him to Al Capone as prosecutors focus on his finance chief....where is this Allen Weisselberg? Why has nothing been done with him along with a host of others involved with the orange con man...It's been almost a year since Jan 6th and from Jan it will only be 10 months til the next election...

WHY is Bannon still free and roaming around and still doing shows on his podcast? What is up with Merrick Garland and the DOJ? Garland's refusal or fear of doing his job, which he took an oath to do will cause the dems to lose control of the congress.

Lawrence does a great interview with Neal Katyal...4minutes and 55 seconds. One of the best!!

And of course Lawrence O'Donnell knows how knows how government works, having worked in Congress, so he always asks the best questions.

I haven't got cable, so I watch those posted at Democratic Underground.
..Of all the interviewers I watch (and I watch a lot of them) Lawrence is one of the best, if not..The Best

I know that not everyone has cable (or even TV) or stays up as late as I do, so I try to post the most newsworthy segments. And starting at 4pm with Nicolle Wallace, they do have the best lineup! I think Chris Hayes is underrated, he has some terrific segments - and Rachel and Lawrence are the best on TV!
