If they turn it into conflict they will give this story legs.
What our media knows more than anything is that conflict stories draw attention and ratings (sales). People who would never dig into confusing details will stop in their tracks to watch a fight.
Some factual truth may even saturate the MAGA wall of ignorance if they hear discussion of it.
Justice matters.
