They are not psychotic.

A psychotic episode happens out of ones control. Its very hard to form thoughts and you are not aware of whats going on because the psychosis takes over.

I have been psychotic and it didnt make me abuse others or harm people.

The meds help me immensely

Those republican trash you are speaking of are dark triads they cant be helped and meds dont stop them from being the assholes they are. Asshole is who they are .
And they are so self centered they want what they want and have no empathy for anyone . They lack the most important trait that make humans humane,empathy.

And they could care less.
