It's long been obvious that ex-KGB Putin is determined to return to the bad old days of the USSR including regaining control of those former satellite countries that he can. MSNBC said tonight that if Putin invades, it will have to be before March when they experience flooding related to the annual thaw - so we need to anticipate that. And it looks like Ukrainians are preparing as well.
