They have been working diligently for years to stop gerrymandering & to protect voting rights!
Chris Hayes went through all the provisions that the bill contains and they all sound important and absolutely necessary. What American wouldn't support them - unless they want to prevent people from voting which is obvious and anti-democratic! 
Yup. All necessary & only those trying to kill democracy would vote against it!
