Rogers plays for his own stats. He thought the superbowl ring would be awarded to him for his high QB rating. But it doesn't work that way. Selfish players don't make champion teams.

Rodgers' greatest strength, his efficiency, has become one of his biggest weaknesses. He had receivers open all game, but it looked like he wasn't willing to risk throwing. That loss is squarely on his shoulders.
