And, yes its been going on for years- but, noticeably much worse over past 5 years.

Hospital bills, insurance companies, surgery, medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, lab work, hearing aids, eyeglasses, dentistry ... everything priced and administered with ROI prioritized.

there are some price pressures, but srsly, gouging is the fucking norm.
cost plus is the norm. then they shrug and pretend the market has a hand in any of this.
