Suspended with pay? I mean really, how much investigation is needed? WM should have wasted NO time in firing BOTH of these individuals.

And what does inclusion and diversity have to do with it? It does not matter who or of what religion these two people were - their lives were endangered by reckless behavior. If there are hate crimes charges, that's up to the prosecution, not WM to decide.
