I'm sorry, but I don't really understand the point of this comment. Yes, this has needed to happen for a long time, but it seems to me that it's a good thing someone in Congress has decided to step up and do something about it.
Maybe it shouldn't have taken this long, but when I saw Ro Khanna on The Last Word, my reaction was, "Oh, good!" That's how I still feel. Seems to me that addressing a long-neglected problem is a good thing. I don't see why the fact that nobody did it sooner makes Ro Khanna's efforts any less welcome or praiseworthy.

but this isn't the first time the powerful Tech lobbyists will have tried to kill any attempt to shackle their pay masters. Unfortunately money talks and people walk.
