Thanks so much for posting. I had no idea how bad this really was. The Dr. is a great witness.

I have family members who are struggling to get coherent health care due to these very problems. They are in Texas, which opted out of Medicare expansion available with the ACA. I am in a state that opted in. Totally opposite experience.

This is really messed up.
