'It's a dangerous moment': Ex-CIA director shares warning over Ukraine-Russia

1. putin and trmp, 2 'sociopaths,' (my term) messing with the 'world,' re: Ukraine, and

2. U.S. must get it's act together, that is, repugs gotta resume 'sanity.'
