Following Mike Pence's speech on Friday, Steve Bannon took to his podcast to warn that Pence is going to take the decision to NOT overturn the election "to his grave," a choice of words that some believe is coded language to Bannon's audience. He also called Pence a stone-cold coward, but it was the "to your grave" remark that most people were alarmed about. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains what's happening.

(16,254 posts)Just look at the people who have surrounded Trump. They could build a prison just for them.
Come on, DOJ...let's get this moving.

(15,642 posts)on the trial date. What the hell is up with that? Why do we cut any of these usurpers any slack whatsoever. Bannon is a clear danger to our Constitution and democracy. At a minimum, the DOJ should be seeking to muffle him while awaiting trial. He is using our freedom of speech as a tool ultimately to destroy equality of rights, freedom and representation.
Come on DOJ, get the lead out.

(16,254 posts)Bannon, along with Flynn, should be sitting it out until their trials at the very least. Both are still spewing their venom and they are going to incite more and more people as the time moves by.
Garland needs to show some activity, if not progress, on these clowns.

(57,073 posts)I could imagine a time when someone carried out a government mission, perhaps during a time of war, which was unknown to the general public, and the person was convicted. Of course the president would pardon that person.
This is absolutely ridiculous. The biggest misscarriage of justice is that the tfg and ALL coconspirators are not in metal cages awaiting trials.
There is really no logical reason the president should have this power. More above the law bs, imo.
Nice idea, but not so good for democracy.

(27,813 posts)... listening to Steve Bannon these days are the people swilling their own piss while waiting for JFK Jr. to come back from the dead to announce that he's running as Trump's VP in 2024.
I'll leave it to your imagination as to the average IQ of Bannon's audience.
