EXCLUSIVE: General Counsel for the National Labor Relations Board Jennifer Abruzzo lays out lays out her plan to end the union-busting tactics companies use to fight workers. She wants to restore the Joy Silk Doctrine, forcing employers to recognize a union when workers show majority support. The policy would help level the playing field for workers and could broadly increase unionization.

We've watched unionization efforts fail while businesses, such as Amazon, dragged the process out in bad faith, flouting the law by using dishonest excuses until they could subvert enough support to defeat the vote to unionize.
WE did this by electing a liberal Democratic president!
