The press conference addressing the horrific Amir Locke shooting was interrupted by activist Nekima Levy Armstrong, who serves as the co-chair of the city's new Commission on Community Safety.
Armstrong admonished Mayor Jacob Frey and Interim Police Chief Amelia Huffman for "white-washing" what happened in the shooting.
