he plead guilty to a lower charge..I've heard of stupid defenses like "I couldn't have killed that guy on 6th Street because I was robbing a gas station on Acorn Avenue"...but this guy is out on bail for murder, storms the Capital with his father (!!), and is captured 10 months later...and these are Trump's faithful: the dumb and dangerous...

To his resume?? And I realize that they all weren't arrested on the spot on January 6th, there were just too many of them and Capitol Police were overwhelmed, but given the footage we've all seen, they all deserve serious jail time. :facepalm
