Isn't there a term for the guy that does the dirty work for the mobster? What's the difference between the mobster and God?

it's the producer and the audio operator you need to rake over the coals, not the director and the td. They were smart enough not to put the video on air. They do not control the audio--the audio operator does and he probably just heard the producer screaming to go to the video.
