Donald Trump is feeling the walls closing in around him, so he's doing everything he can to shift the blame for the Capitol Riot onto someone - ANYONE - else. This week, he renewed his claim that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is somehow to blame for what happened that day because she didn't heed his advice to bring in 10,000 National Guard troops. Not only is that NOT a decision that Pelosi can make, there's no evidence that Trump even suggested the troops in the first place. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

He's always been blatantly offensive. Right in the beginning, he insulted war hero John McCain. You'd think that would have turned off Republicans. That also offended me. Everything he says or does is ridiculous, insulting or offensive. And he's gotten even worse as time's gone on. Obviously January 6th and the plans they made were the worst, but he's still out there selling it. Why he wasn't removed during either convincing impeachment hearing is a mystery to me...
