Rudy Giuliani "Considering Testifying Before House Select Committee." Really? - Glenn Kirschner

After subpoenaing Rudy Giuliani to testify, the House select committee investigating the insurrection has postponed and rescheduled Giuliani's appearance a number of times. Now, The New York Times reports that Giuliani is discussing the possibility that he will testify.
