Restricting the instant runoff Memphis has been trying to enact.

I think qpukes are afraid with the new Ford plant breaking ground next month. Just read an article that sats Memphis is expected to grow by 300-400,000 due to Ford facility.

But I still can't help but wonder about the extent to which it might affect republican voters.

For example, older republicans who might want to vote by mail but are affected by the same restrictions as Black voters.

With republicans, we always seem to read about the unintended consequences of vile laws designed to target specific people, like the call-in lines re abortion providers or teachers.
