2. Basically Michael Steele is saying that Durham is framing the "facts" to support his conclusion.

Durham is Trump's man, and is manufacturing a scandal; he's having the cart lead the horse.
In any event, all that went on was during the Obama administration, not Trump's, and was for an entirely different purpose.
