Remington did not have the courage to argue the case in court. Remington thus shows their own doubt (perhaps guilt) about culpability. Remington seems to worry that the 'can't sue' law maybe indefensible and doesn't want a precedent.

proud, arrogant and irresponsible greed, with practiced, reeking disregard for human life, basic decency and accountability.
Seven years to fight for accountability.
73 million per premeditated,
violently obliterated, murdered life would have fallen short.
But it is a minuscule step towards justice and having some semblance of a soul.
