(35,667 posts)I have. It does, therefore, give me great pleasure to think of the truck owners showing up at the lot, having to pay the towing fee and also facing the price of the ticket.

(5,954 posts)1. Turkey 'Milker:' A specialized turkey farm hand (so to speak) whose job it is to 'extract' semen from the tom turkey, and use it to inseminate all the hens. (Apparently, just putting the male and female together, and letting nature take its course, is too slow.)
2. Interior Pipeline Technician: Some poor bastard who has to inspect pipelines from the INSIDE, riding a little electric car down the inside of a pipeline. Not a job for the claustrophobic.
But the number three worst job in the world was fairly predictable:
3. Booth Clerk at the Impound Lot: Some poor person who has to sit in a booth all day getting yelled at by indignant car/truck owners claiming their car/truck shouldn't have been towed.
Just imagine how bad that job is going to be in Ottawa tomorrow? Instead of having to listen to people yelling "But the SIGN wasn't visible!" and "But I was only there for FIVE MINUTES!" you'll have to listen to "But I was fighting for my FREEDUMBS!" and "I was standing up to TYRANNY!"
"I know, I know, buddy. Just give me the money, and tell it to the judge."

This guy was a major dumbass. My ex-girlfriend told me his wife said they had over four large in overdraft fees that year. Wifey would basically just spend hundreds on new clothes for the kids rather than do laundry.
When I talked to him, the biggest problem was taxes. He'd have been just fine if he didn't have to pay so much in taxes. He had a pretty good job.

(86,593 posts)It's not like these clowns are responsible or independently wealthy enough to eat the costs they face. Many could already have been in arrears on their truck loans and are willing to just walk away.
