But if you watch the driving as it comes off the ramp, it's pretty clear the driver barely knows how to drive the vehicle. Probably drunk, the Belorussians specifically commented on how many of the Russian soldiers were drunk all the time. Not clear to me that it was intentional. Other cars are driving right on by.
