Narcissism is a personality disorder, not a mental illness. There is no treatment for personality disorders because that is who they are, not a condition.

I do not like people throwing around that Trump is mentally I’ll because it gives him a possible out to his criminal problems and it is not true.

Malignant narcissists can never be wrong, they do not make mistakes, everything is looked at through the lens of how this can help me no matter what the issue is. They are incapable of empathy, or love, (except for self), and are extremely vain about their looks. Sound familiar?
