in the South before making a sweeping generalization like this. Racism is not confined to southern states. Many people who are actively anti-racist are here, too.

he called Washington D.C a coty of "Southern efficiency and Northern charm." That wasn't how people expected the phrase to come out. And is was funny.

The headline should have referenced "Racist Logic" without regard to place. Racism is everyehere, and everywhere, this is its logic.
