sociopathic bully. He is on a Stalin mission, his hero and mentor. He will keep going and going and likely already planning in his head at least his next target to reclaim the USSR under his watch.

What he likely is incapable of realizing is that the problem is Putin himself, not the people he fired.

Putin knows he has been declared a war criminal.
