What I got was that Gitmo prisoners released during Obama's term had a 5% recidivism rate but going back to 2003 those released had a 31% rate. That's a huge deal because it means the republicans released them when it suited their political purpose of the moment to be seen doing so regardless of their likelihood of returning to the fight. That case was about to be made when Graham raised the ante with his antics. Linsey never misses a chance to employ off-the-cuff obfuscation and there's no road too low. Even South Carolina deserves better.
