(258,847 posts)It used to be that SCOTUS was the sacrosanct and unassailable branch of our government. But TFG upended that, as he has most everything else.

(54,770 posts)its a crime for a Justice to be unethical or political. Unfortunately, the Constitution is too often like the Bible, just about anything can be arguably justified with a quote/verse taken out of context.

I generally like listening to Tribes option and insights, but realize he wants to be invited back.
