Ka-52 Alligator is an all-weather attack helicopter operated by the Russian Air Force. Developed by Kamov Design Bureau (part of Russian Helicopters), Ka-52 is a twin-seat variant of the Ka-50 attack helicopter.

the Stugna is a ground to ground anti-tank weapon, used, in this circumstance, to take down a flying helicopter.

Nice job of being creative by the Ukrainians.

as the Javelin Anti-tank Missile system can be fired to take out low flying aircraft like helicopters.

With HE-AT warheads capable of destroying 70 tons of tank, a helicopter pilot/crew will have a really bad day.

I guess that missile is also ground to air. And likely ground to anything else the Ukrainian defenders need to use it against. Resourceful, tough people. Let’s hope they continue to hurt the Russian army, even if it ends up being death by a million duck bites against them
