(33,131 posts)No way the 1/6 committee has the evidence to indict Trump. The 1/6 committee doesn't have the resources or manpower that DOJ has.
Until I hear this from DOJ I say we should just wait and see what DOJ does.
If the select committee sends a criminal referral to DOJ for Trump it will upset DOJ and upset Trump's base.
If we have to we can just vote them out in 2022 so that we have majorities in Congress, wait, what, we already have majorities, well then bigger majorities.

(4,026 posts)I, for one, am sick 0f this ongoing, never-ending song and dance. Everybody knows he's guilty. Even the committee knows it! Put the cuffs on this son of a bitch, and haul his fat ass to the slammer!

What about the rule of law? What about the Constitution?

let doj do their thing.
