Interracial marriage would seem to fit Alito’s argument that it was not a long held right. It was illegal not very long ago. Would the Court even take this issue up with Thomas there? Would he recuse? This would nullify my marriage and so many others!

Alito’s arguments are crap. You would think that for as long as they wanted this they could have made a better argument by now. Let’s be clear, these 5 Justices were put on the Court to do what they are doing now, overturning Roe. They were hand picked just for this!
