Kind of like Insurance... TALK ABOUT having a pre-condition rejection ... sorry, that dam was crumbling before the storm... We are not going to give you money for that..

SORRY your house was in bad condition before the storm, we are not going to help you rebuild..

OR... Yes, we will help you rebuild your house, for this huge price..

ANOTHER WORDS... Screw off.. "If you were stupid enough to build a house by the beach, were not going to help you.."

The Republicans hate FEMA because they help people who are in disasters...and to a Republican, if you were STUPID ENOUGH to build your house there...well YOU DESERVE what you get...
