DOJ Indicts Navarro & Bannon but not Meadows & Scavino. Here are three possible explanations why.



On the same day we learned that the grand jury had indicted Peter Navarro for contempt of Congress, we also learned that the Department of Justice decided not to pursue indictments of Mark Meadows and Dan Scavino, even though they also committed the same crime - contempt of Congress.

And I really appreciate his take on these complicated legal issues, not to mention that he usually turns out to be spot on...
