anybody allowed to run in a state they aren’t registered to vote in. So I guess he didn’t vote in the primary a few weeks ago for himself? Maybe it should be investigated.

PA papers reported last year that he had re-registered at his in-laws address in PA before he filed to run.

Are they saying he didn't vote in his own primary?
