The family still needs to bring their hotels up to scratch, updating them one room at a time. Otherwise, even with Benny gone, they're going to get shit reviews. Hiring a night clerk who knows how to turn the water off at the sink or toilet or whatever is misbehaving will help, as is giving him/her enough training to know that anybody dealing with a flooded room needs to be offered another room.

Hard to know what happens to Benny. Anger management classes might help. He needs something or he's headed to jail.
