Related: About this forumSo, Any Bets on How Fux Noise is Going to 'Cut Away' from Their Own POLITICS NEWS EDITOR Tomorrow?
Last week, Fux Noise went to ridiculous and transparent lengths to prevent their viewers from watching the Jan 6th hearings.1. They ran for two hours solid WITHOUT A COMMERCIAL BREAK, losing MILLIONS in revenues, to avoid giving their viewers the chance to flip to ANY OTHER CHANNEL. 'Any other channel' is critical, given that EVERY other channel was showing the hearings. (Those millions in lost revenues should be counted as a political donation if you ask me.)
2. They had a screen running in the background, showing the hearings, but played no sound. Just saying "here's what it looks like, but we won't play any sound. We'll just TELL you what they said, later. TRUST us, we'll decide what it's good for you to hear, and bad for you to hear.
3. Any time the Committee showed a text message from Hannity, Ingraham, or Kilmead on the screen, they'd cut away, so their viewers wouldn't see it.
After that pathetic shit-show, there should be absolutely no doubt in anyone's mind that Fox News is FAKE NEWS, and nothing more than a Fascist propaganda pogrom. (Somebody should re-try that lawsuit, and force them to remove 'fair and balanced' as their slogan. I'm pretty sure they'd WIN this time.)
That was last week. Any bets on how they're going to manage to do that THIS week, while their own Fox News POLITICS EDITOR Chris Stirewalt is set to testify? The guy (shown in the video) was one of their regular onscreen, go-to guys, UNTIL he (accurately) called Arizona for Biden on election night 2020. He was fired for doing his job, and has gone rogue ever since.
My take: $5 says they'll pull the same trick as last week, running two hours without commercials to lower the chance of flipping, but they WON'T show images of the hearings in the background. Any other predictions?

Tucker will call it an insurrection.
Its time to take action!
The leak of Justice Alitos draft decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Womens Health, overturning Roe v. Wade and opening the door to the elimination of myriad other rights that our communities rely on, has brought to the surface something that many of our movements have recognized for a long time.
We are in a crisis of democracy.
Following decades of organizing by the far right, conservatives now hold a majority on the Supreme Court, and a group of five justices can roll back critical rights and protections that should be settled law. At the same time, the filibuster has left the Senate gridlocked and unable to pass legislation to protect our rights or enact the programs our communities need.
Right now our political system is in crisis. Times of crisis can either be opportunities to break through the inertia and win transformational change or they can be opportunities for the establishment to further entrench the status quo.
On June 13, one of the Supreme Courts 2022 decision days, we plan to blockade the streets around the Supreme Court to rise up for the transformative change that our communities need.
