Manages to even function. He’s in the crash and burn stage now.

He needs detox, I'm guessing he wouldn't do rehab. And prolonged alcoholism destroys internal organs. He needs an intervention, but he probably wouldn't cooperate with that, either. And does he have any friends or family left? That's what happens, people have probably given up on him.

That was TFG's blackmail scheme against Ukraine - " I would like you to do us a favor though..."
