6. He's a republican. The rules are VASTLY different for them, we KNOW that.

He does not have to explain, he really doesnt.

7. I think the trains between the buildings are well know.

As for the golden eagle thing in the stairs, that might make a nifty photo but if the person taking the photo wanted a good photo of it he would have gotten a lot closer to it. To me, it looks like his photo subject was the stairs and the surrounding features, including the eagle.

The Capitol had been closed to public tours since March 2020, due to Covid restrictions. It was not just another day. Furthermore the video of his tour that we can see shows the guests taking photos of hallways and stairwells, and not a single "little train" for the kids.
The GOP smokescreens are getting thinner and thinner.
