We'll see whether there are any consequences, other than perhaps getting elected to another term, if he decides not to come in and testify.

I'm guessing that if he does, he'll take the 5th on just about everything.

Criminal Charges might be a good idea, if there's any fire behind this smoke, but I won't hold my breath.

Justice matters.

They couldn’t exactly say they saw suspicious activity and didn’t do anything about it. Did Loudermilk say he didn’t get the letter from the committee? I don’t believe him. We all know what tourists taking photos looks like and this isn’t it. The guy shooting the pic of the stairwell should be subpoenaed. Where these people signed into the visitors log?

Former FBI, Peter Strzok watched the video and said it was absolutely suspicious.

not knowing if the FBI is investigating.

If I had any say, I would call in the Capitol police person/persons who claimed they saw nothing suspicious in the tour. Hold the Capitol police's feet to the fire. Peter Strzok, former FBI, watched the video and determined that the tour was suspicious. I want to know the names of the Capitol police who Laudermilk claims cleared him.

This should all be taken care of by DOJ/FBI but investigating Laudermilk would appear partisan.
