1. That is one thing the founders never thought when they gave absolute pardon

power to the president. Same with Supreme Court justices picking and choosing when to not vote on a case. It’s bad but to investigate either one will take away from other investigations that may actually end up getting trials.

4. He needs to answer for his myriad crimes

Those who showed up at the Capitol at his invitation have been charged, tried and convicted while TFG is still free to hold more "rallies" and stir up more trouble. That has to stop and he needs to face consequences for sedition against this country.

Giving out pardons will not be one of them.

I think eventually we will have a constitutional convention. Now that will be a hot mess, but it may be necessary.
