Australia’s Foreign Minister has been given a face-to-face assurance that China won't be allowed to build a military base in Solomon Islands. Penny Wong visited the Pacific country today to speak with Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare amid concerns over the security deal it signed with China. Foreign Affairs reporter Stephen Dziedzic reports.
