2. They were waiting for the J6 Commission to provide witness transcripts
before proceeding the trial. They don't want to proceed to trial in case one of the witnesses provided contradictory testimony to the J6 Commission and to the DOJ because it could jeopardize the prosecution if they find one of the witnesses was not reliable.

Go ahead and push these trials off until the latest possible event, which could provide a Republican majority to congress, expires. Surprise! It's the job of the DOJ to provide political support to the "conservative" movement at every turn, after all.
Hold on thar pardner. I know the DOJ has a different rhythm than congress. It's part of their charm. But what I don't get is how it always seems to be in the way of dealing effectively with real political crises through elections of honest candidates by informed voters. |
