What Rachel is overlooking, the experience of "bringing a non viable pregnancy to term" is impossible. If the fetus dies in utero and it is not removed, the resulting toxicity will result in the death of the mother.

"Women are going to die!" And we know that this is inevitably going to be the case when there are no exceptions even to save the life of the mother! WTF?!
