It could have been much worse if they had entered the chamber where Congress was in attendance and let loose with those weapons. I really believe that TFG would have been fine with that - eliminate any and all opposition to his "plan."

Illinois Congresswoman Says ‘Hitler Was Right on One Thing'

Rep. Mary Miller was speaking at a rally in Washington, D.C. when a Twitter user posted video Tuesday showing a portion of her speech

Trump-backed Rep. Mary Miller defeats Rep. Rodney Davis in Illinois' 15th District primary

CBS News projected Rep. Mary Miller, who was backed by former President Donald Trump, will win the primary in Illinois' 15th Congressional District, defeating another incumbent, Rep. Rodney Davis. CBS Chicago reports on this race and more results from Illinois' primary night.

Downstate, not at all. IL should just chop off the bottom of the state & gift it to some other red shithole state tbh.

Actually, compared to here, the majority in the Chicago burbs are exceptionally well educated. I highly doubt teachers there argue with students, insisting that NATO stands for North American Treaty Org., or that "this here house" is proper grammar. (Not joking!)

I never imagined so many people could be so stupid until I came here. 😓

Hundreds of violent insurrectionists have been arrested, charged, convicted and jailed - while those in government who supported the insurrection remain free to go about their lives - including their "leader" who continues to hold "rallies," grift "campaign contributions" and spread his lies!

Each new revelation will make some less than brain dead RWer start having some doubts. So when the big stuff comes they’ll have become a little more open.

There are plenty who will follow TFG to hell but I don’t think all of them.

Though we do know that Cassidy Hutchinson testified today because she and her family had been receiving threats - so they moved on this while they still could. I imagine she'll be under protection after today.

But I agree, each hearing paints a more horrific picture. Hoping that those Republican officials who testified previously, yet said they'd still vote for TFG, were watching today. They are not safe, either.

These hearings have truly been groundbreaking and extremely informative - letting the people know the truth. Previously, we heard criticism that this was taking so long, but I think that what we've learned so far was definitely worth the wait. I'm anxious to hear it all.

TFG's refusal to participate in the peaceful transfer of power. But never forget: Trump endorsed him in 2018, and he won, in part, by campaigning with white supremacists. Very grateful for his service now, but he helped grow the beast*.

* Not a reference to TFG's vehicle.
