you may get alerted on by the wait and see crowd. They all believe that Garland has been secretly working to indict Trump. DOJ should have coordinated with Georgia on day 1.

6 months ago the AG of Michigan sent a criminal referral to DOJ regarding the fake electors. She said 6 months ago the exact same thing that Clare just said last night. The Michigan AG said that she was prepared to prosecute the fake Michigan electors but she felt that because of the far reaching scope of the case it would be better for DOJ to prosecute. She then did say that if DOJ does not prosecute, she will.
