Almost everywhere is $4.69, the lowest I saw was $4.61 and the highest was $4.89 - so it's gone down, but not that much. However it is also "tourist season" in these parts - and there is no shortage of traffic so the prices haven't slowed them down. When I drove home on the 4th of July, traffic was pretty much stopped going the other way - everyone was headed north to Lake George to see the fireworks!
