I've not seen him in a long time. He looks so mature.

I remember when he started on MSNBC, he looked like he was about 16.

And it was, as was said, a particularly compelling show. And Chris Hayes wasn't there to advise them, since he was busy on MSNBC! And he's long been a favorite of mine, enthusiastic and informed - and now we know he's funny, too!
