2. With the heavy presence of Cubans, Mexicans and Latinos for over 100 years, some white boyz

are freakin', but they don't represent Tampa in general, which usually turns out the blue votes in the state, along with Orlando and SE counties.

So let's not be tempted to judge red states by the worst in them -- and certainly not drag their Democrats into secession talk -- when hard working Democrats are trying to get free & fair vote counts and not seen as targets.
