The Republicans of the past were conservative/small government, TFG knows nothing about government, U.S. laws, traditions and norms or our place in the world. In his world, it's all about what he wants, money and power. He can't afford to give up his "campaign rallies," that's why he "ran" to begin with, he had no interest in doing the job - and he didn't. His idea has nothing to do with any oath to the Constitution, he's never read it and he doesn't care. He doesn't support "small government" or support of our allies, his aim is to establish an autocracy where all his ideas and wishes are fulfilled. And we saw the result on January 6th. That's why he can never go near the Oval Office again!
