In interview, AG Garland reaffirms DOJ will charge EVERYONE for their crimes, regardless of status

NBC's Lester Holt interviewed Attorney General Merrick Garland. Garland reaffirmed that the Department of Justice will charge everyone who committed crimes in connection with the attempt to overturn of the results of the presidential election, regardless of status or position.

Importantly, Merrick Garland has previously said that any DOJ investigation must be conducted in a way that "honors the constitution." This video explores the meaning of that phrase, and how "honoring the constitution" is not a half-way proposition. The DOJ is responsible for honoring the entire Constitution, including the 14th Amendment's disqualification of certain insurrectionists from serving in public office. - Glenn Kirschner - 07/26/2022.

As I've said so often, hundreds who answered TFG's call to the Capitol had already been charged, convicted and jailed - while the instigator is still out there, holding yet more "rallies," grifting more "campaign contributions" and inciting more hate and violence!

And the last J6 Committee hearing pretty much spelled everything out - not to mention all the previous witnesses...

I'm just grateful that he's finally broken his silence. We know he must have a lot on his plate, the Committee has uncovered so much. But getting to the "leader" of the insurrection who is still out there spreading his seditious lies needs to be priority #1.
